Union Pacific # 3985 In a Fresh New Paint Job Departs Cheyenne, Wyoming the morning of Sept 18, 2008 for a run to Minnesota the first multi-day trip since undergoing some repairs that had her down 3 years since the July 2005 CFD trip. First we look at the new paint time for a quick official pic of steve lee then climb aboard to back out of the steam shop yard and on to the UP mainline a quick pan back to the turntable and steam shops then a hasty departure catches me off gaurd as she steams eastward.
